Through this unique training and motivational program, savings objectives are translated into practical and sustainable daily activities. By utilizing a proprietary model developed by the Senior Director of Sports Leadership and Mental Conditioning at Cornell University, this transformative process guides individuals from being spenders to savers through psychology-based mindset training integration.
